Dear Directors,

After much deliberation, I’m sincere to write the proposal to you to express my opinion about thethree training courses that our company is planning. I do recommend “Foreign Language Development” course. I think it will be the most useful course for the people whose jobs involve direct communication with foreign customers.

others who do the same kind of job as me.

Foreign Language Development course may be the most widely applicable for everyone in all courses. Here are my top two reasons why it could be the best choice: First of all, working in a trade company, the most important thing for us is to expand developour foreign customers and try our best to get the order. Foreign language development can help us close the deal with the client. If we can communicate with the foreign customers without the help oftranslators, the communication will be more natural and unhindered. Secondly, we can also learn thecustoms of other countries in the foreign language course, which makes us more aware of the habits of our customers. Spending 20 minutes this way will bring you uscloser to sale more quickly than going back and forth by email for three days.

Compared to Foreign Language Development course, the “Changes in Technology” Course is more suitable for someone who works for thetechnology companies. Learning changes in technology can’t help our business most. Face-to-face communication is better than chatting online. As for Management Skills course, I think it’s only suitable for people that at management level. It means that the application of this course is relatively smalllimited.

Language is the soul of a nation. In conclusion, foreign Foreignlanguage Languagecourse Courseis the most useful one for us. Everyone can be benefit from this course, and it’swill be easily easierfor usto apply what we have learned into work. The ourcompany will develop faster and faster after we finish the foreign language development course. I hope my proposal will obtain your approval and bring benefits to the company.
